This last year has been a firestorm of opinions. Whether it’s right vs. left, mask vs. anti-mask, lockdown vs non-lockdown, or a whole host of other issues that polarized and divided us as a nation and even as a world.

While this year has been especially challenging, polarization has actually been steadily increasing over the past decade. We are so divided on so many topics that it can feel nearly impossible to find common ground.

Enter Adam Grant and his incredible new book, Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know. If you’ve listened to the podcast you know that I am a HUGE Adam Grant fan. With this new book, Grant addresses the topic of thinking again, how to reassess what you “know” and see things from another’s point of view. This book is exactly what we need right now. I hope you’ll join me as I review the convincing research told with great stories as Grant makes the case for thinking again.
