About the Dare To Lead™ Program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals. As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I join an elite group of professionals specially trained to bring Dr. Brown’s ground-breaking work to leaders, teams, and organizations. The training is flexible and can be taught individually, with executive teams, management teams, or across entire organizations based on unique needs and constraints. I work closely with leaders to craft trainings that meet specific needs while integrating organizational values. Programs are interactive, fun and require full engagement as they are designed to build bravery at work.
