Hey there! Are you surviving? Keep holding on! This week I want to share with you some intriguing findings that have been discovered since this whole pandemic started.
All of us have had extra opportunities to lead since COVID-19 came to crash our party, and recently there have been some provocative findings about who is leading most effectively during the current crisis. Reports are showing that many women leaders are not only leading well during this pandemic, but are leading more effectively than their male counterparts.
Now, this episode is not meant to be a salvo to any gender wars or an attempt to point fingers of blame, but I think it’s important to note what female leaders are bringing to the table that are allowing them to lead so effectively at this time.
I hope you’ll join me this week as we take a look at leadership during Corona. There are valuable lessons for all of us.
