Everyday you’re bombarded by an abundance of messages around food. Telling you to eat more of this, and nope, you can’t have that anymore. And don’t forget “they” say you need to eat clean, never eat sugar, or to diet your way to health. If you were a stranger to our culture you might think that we’d lost our minds!

If you’re anything like most Americans, you probably have a bit of a dysfunctional relationship with food and eating. With our love of food but our equal and opposing love of dieting, it can be extremely difficult  to function healthily in today’s society.

On today’s podcast, my hope is to help you see through all the craze and confusion of today’s culture and get back to eating in a healthy, intuitive way. We were born with an innate sense of what our bodies need, and it’s time to let go of the external control and return to that intuition when it comes to eating!
