Do you ever feel like when you’re at work you’re stressing about home and when you’re home, you’re stressing about work? The good news is you’re not alone, and the even better news is that in this episode I talk all about Presence!

So many of us fall into the trap of never being where we are. This is an understandable, albeit inefficient dilemma, since we are in a world that requires us to balance so many roles and obligations. Today I’ll share with you the concept of Presence; what it is, why it matters, and how you can implement principles of Presence into your everyday life.

Some of these ideas I’ll share with you include:

  • Boundaries with yourself and others
  • Cognitive Redirection
  • Separation of Work and Home
  • Mentally Closing your work day
